About

Experienced, Nerdy Lawyers.

A Little Bit About Us

We’re unusual lawyers. You’ll find we’re as comfortable talking about fantasy novels and the finer points of cocktails as we are with contracts and jurisdiction. If that’s a plus in your book, you’re probably the right client for us.

Tim and Mike are long time buddies. In 2014, after graduating law school, Wolfe and Hwang was launched as a scrappy practice aiming to provide affordable, nimble legal services to small to mid-size independent businesses and artists operating on the web. The model was a success, bringing together an awesome group of journalists, creatives, and companies as clients that built the basis for our practice.

In 2019, Wolfe and Hwang brought aboard Lea Rosen. Lea brings a wealth of experience in litigation, helping Rosen, Wolfe and Hwang in expanding its services to its clients.
